Are you organized, detail-oriented, and ready to grow with a dynamic small business? We’re looking for a full-time Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! This in-office role offers a variety of responsibilities and opportunities to learn new skills, including basic bookkeeping.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 40 hours/week

Pay Range: $17 – $20 (?) per hour, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support in a small business setting
  • Assist with customer service and sales support
  • Perform billing and order entry with accuracy
  • Help manage shipping and receiving tasks
  • Support additional duties and projects as needed
  • Willingness to cross-train in bookkeeping (we will train!)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Reliable and detail oriented
  • Able to learn new skills and demonstrate consistency when following procedures
  • Previous experience in an office, clerical, or admin role is helpful
  • Friendly, professional communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
  • QuickBooks experience a plus (but not required)
  • Familiarity with shipping/receiving is helpful
