We’re seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Marketing Outreach Specialist to join our team with earnings tied directly to your results. Connect with families, caregivers, and community partners to promote our services and drive enrollments.

What You’ll Do:

• Build Relationships: Engage with local healthcare providers, senior centers, churches, and community organizations to generate referrals.
• Create Buzz: Leverage social media, local events, and word-of-mouth to showcase the value of Salem County Adult Day Center.
• Drive Enrollments: Follow up on leads, conduct tours, and secure enrollments for new clients.
• Think Outside the Box: Develop creative marketing ideas to reach families and caregivers in Salem County.

What We’re Looking For:

• Energetic & Ambitious: You’re a self-starter with a passion for connecting with people.
• Local Know-How: Familiarity with Penns Grove/Salem County is a plus—knowing the community helps!
• Sales Savvy: Comfortable with outreach, pitching, and closing deals (experience in sales/marketing is a bonus but not required).
• Tech-Smart: Able to use social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to create engaging content.
• Reliable & Professional: You’re organized, communicative, and ready to represent our brand with pride.
