Position Overview:
We're looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Sign Installers, Service Technicians, and Apprentices. Whether you’re an experienced professional or eager to learn, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start and grow in a long-lasting career in the signage industry. You’ll be working on a variety of exciting projects, from troubleshooting and repairing sign outages to assisting with large-scale installations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and service a range of sign projects, including building signage, monument signs, directionals, lighting, and window vinyl.
• Troubleshoot and repair sign outages to keep businesses shining bright.
• Operate crane equipment safely and efficiently.
• Document installation and service activities, including tools used and work completed.

Expectations:

• Comfort working at heights up to 100’—we work on tall signs and structures.
• Positive attitude, teamwork, and pride in craftsmanship.
• Punctual, presentable, and able to follow instructions.
• Willing to invest in your own tools (if not already owned).
• Ability to operate standard power tools.

Additional Information:

• 1099 Employment: This position is offered as a 1099 contractor—you’ll have the freedom to manage your own hours.
