We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Wedding Coordinator to assist with the planning and execution of luxury weddings on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about weddings, thrives in dynamic environments, and values exceptional client experiences.
 

The Wedding Coordinator will work alongside our lead planner to provide both remote support during the planning phase and hands-on assistance on the day of the event. You will be a key player in bringing each couple’s vision to life while upholding the high standards of the Pearls brand.

Responsibilities:

Planning Phase (Remote & In-Person):

• Assist in creating and managing wedding timelines, layouts, and checklists
• Communicate with clients to provide planning updates and gather event details
• Manage and liaise with vendors; assist in sourcing, communication, and negotiation
• Join venue tours, food tastings, and key planning meetings when needed
• Maintain organized records of contracts, design elements, and logistics
• Ensure all planning tasks align with the client’s vision and expectations

Event Day (In-Person Required):

• Oversee setup and breakdown of ceremony and reception spaces
• Serve as point-of-contact for vendors, ensuring punctuality and smooth coordination
• Direct the wedding party, guests, and vendors according to the timeline
• Troubleshoot and manage any unexpected issues with grace and professionalism
• Ensure client comfort and a stress-free experience throughout the day

Ideal Candidate:(Training will be provided)

• Prior experience in wedding coordination, event planning, or hospitality
• Exceptional organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, confident demeanor
• Professional appearance and a client-first mindset
• Comfortable with virtual tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, and CRM platforms
• Able to travel across NC & SC and work evenings/weekends as required ( not all weekends)
