Seeking Pre-Licensed Therapist - Earn Supervised Hours Toward Licensure

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

I am seeking a motivated pre-licensed therapist (Ph.D. or Psy.D. candidate) to join my private practice in Succasunna, NJ, providing psychotherapy services under supervision. This is an excellent opportunity to earn postdoctoral hours in a supportive, professional environment while gradually building a caseload.

POSITION DETAILS

◦            Title: Pre-Licensed Therapist (Doctoral Level)

◦            Compensation: $50 per client session (Fee-for-service, 1099 contract)

◦            Schedule: Flexible, Hybrid (In-person & Telehealth)

◦            Availability: Monday–Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Weekend hours also available)

REQUIREMENTS

◦            Enrollment in or completion of a doctoral program (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Psychology

◦            Eligibility for, or current possession of, a New Jersey Temporary Permit

◦            National Provider Identifier (NPI) number (or willingness to obtain one)

RESPONSIBILITIES

◦            Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse client population

◦            Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

◦            Actively participate in weekly supervision sessions with the licensed psychologist
