ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

I am seeking a motivated LAC, LAMFT, or pre-licensed permit holder (Ph.D. or Psy.D. candidate) to join my private practice in Randolph, NJ, providing psychotherapy services to children, adults, and families. This is an excellent opportunity to earn supervised hours in a supportive, professional environment while gradually building a caseload.

POSITION DETAILS

• Position Hours: Must be available in person at least two days per week from 3–8 PM to cover after-school/work hours, and Saturdays from 9:00 AM–1:00 PM. One additional day can be virtual, if preferred.

• Supervision: Opportunity to gain supervision hours toward licensure, if applicable

• Job Type: Part-time

• Pay:

  LAC & LAMFT: $45/hr

  Ph.D./Psy.D. Permit Holder: $65/hr

QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree or higher in a mental health–related field

• Active NJ license: LAC, LAMFT, or permit holder (Ph.D./Psy.D.)

• National Provider Identifier (NPI) number (or willingness to obtain one)

• Comfort working with children, adolescents, and families

• Prior experience providing individual and/or group therapy (at least one year preferred)

• Bilingual (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide individual psychotherapy to a diverse client population

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation

• Maintain a caseload of at least 15+ patients per week, with room for growth if desired

• Complete all documentation through the practice’s electronic medical record system

• Actively participate in weekly individual and/or peer supervision sessions with the licensed psychologist
