Pay: $14 - 16/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM–3:00 PM or 10:00 AM–6:00 PM (Mon/Wed/Fri)
Dates: June 2 – July 25, 2025

About the Role:
Junior Directors help bring the magic of camp to life! You'll support our teaching team, assist with games and rehearsals, and help manage daily camp logistics. This role is ideal for high school seniors, college students, or anyone interested in arts education.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with group activities in acting, music, and dance
• Supervise and engage students during transitions and free time
• Lead games, warm-ups, and creative team-building activities
• Help with backstage prep, props, and set work
• Be a positive role model and support our leadership team

Requirements:

• No degree required
• Background in performing arts preferred
• Experience working with children preferred
• Willing to assist across disciplines and jump into different tasks as needed
• Positive attitude, strong communicator, and team player

Must be atleast 16 Years of Age

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 28 per week
