Job Summary
Tent Rental/Bounce House/Event Rental Company.

This job will start mid-May and run through the end of October/November pending weather conditions. We are a full-service event rental company called Asaro Tent Rental located in Brighton. Work week is Thursday through Monday NO exceptions and Tuesdays and Wednesdays as potential days off and equipment cleaning days. The job requires physical labor setting party tents, bounce-houses, concession items, tables, chairs, etc. We work in all weather conditions, and this is an outside job working in the elements.

Duties

• Able to lift at least 50lbs+ as most of the equipment is large and heavy.
• Set different styles of party tents with training on how to set them.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Assist in the movement of materials within the warehouse when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet customer deadlines.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Requirements

• The ability to make it to our warehouse every day for the workday.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and interact with them.
• Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Chauffer's license not required but we are also looking for persons with their Chauffer's license to drive trucks which does pay more.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 70 per week

• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Every weekend
• Extended hours
• Morning shift
• Nights as needed
