Position Overview:
As an Event Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in engaging customers, showcasing our products and services, and driving sales at various events. You’ll be responsible for delivering a memorable brand experience, interacting with attendees, and supporting sales efforts on-site. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, interactive setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as an Event Sales Associate, interacting with customers and promoting our offerings.
• Drive on-site sales through direct customer engagement, building meaningful relationships.
• Assist in event setup, coordination, and ensuring smooth operations throughout.
• Help meet sales goals by generating leads, converting prospects, and closing sales at events.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure events are aligned with marketing strategies and goals.
• Gather customer insights and event feedback to help improve future marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for sales, marketing, and customer interaction.
• Strong communication and people skills with the ability to connect with attendees.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• No prior experience necessary – we provide full training.
