Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. As a Food Runner, you will work closely with the kitchen staff and servers to deliver food and beverages efficiently while maintaining a high standard of hospitality.

Duties

• Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all orders are accurate and meet quality standards before serving.
• Assist servers in providing excellent guest services by anticipating needs and responding promptly to requests.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
• Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of all food items.
• Support culinary team with basic food preparation tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a passion for hospitality.
• Experience in a culinary environment is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• Previous experience in guest services or hotel settings is advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 35 per week
