We’re looking for energetic, responsible surf instructors who are passionate about teaching, love the ocean, and know how to create a positive, laid-back vibe. You’ll be traveling to different parts of Wrightsville Beach and Figure 8 Island to deliver high-quality lessons to individuals, families, and small groups.

Requirements:

• Prior surf instructing experience preferred (but we’ll train the right person)
• Must know how to surf
• Strong swimming ability and ocean safety knowledge
• CPR & First Aid Certified (or willing to get certified)
• Reliable transportation
• Great communication skills and a team mindset
