We are seeking a skilled CNC Mill Machinist to join our team. You’ll be responsible for setting up and operating Fadal and Fanuc-controlled Doosan CNC mills to produce precision billet aluminum components. A strong machining background and experience with Mastercam software are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC Mills to create precision aluminum parts.
• Read and follow blueprints and technical drawings accurately.
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust settings to maintain dimensions and tolerances.
• Inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality.
• Work with the team to improve machining processes and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in operating CNC Mills in a production setting.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand machining processes.
• Knowledge of materials, tooling, and good set up skills (Mastercam experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to adjust machines as needed.
