Data Entry Specialist – 3-6 Month Contract (LOTS of Overtime!)
Start Date: May 7th

We’re looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join a wildfire cleanup project under the Army Job Corps. If you’re someone who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves, diving into paperwork, and earning lots of overtime pay, this could be a great fit!

What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll play a key role in the cleanup efforts by tracking every load of debris hauled away from the wildfire site. Your main job will be entering information into documents each time a truck completes a trip. You'll also review lots of reports to make sure everything is accurate and lines up with contract requirements.

Your Daily Tasks Will Include:

• Reviewing debris removal reports and load tickets (expect about 1,000+ per week).
• Analyzing documents like Final Sign Off (FSO) reports, Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) reports, Hazardous Site Assessments (HSAs), and Site Access Plans (SAPs).
• Checking for errors, missing information, or anything that doesn’t match the contracts.
• Organizing data and pulling together clear, easy-to-read reports for the team.
• Communicating regularly with the project managers to keep things running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For:

• Someone with strong attention to detail and great problem-solving skills.
• A good communicator who can work well with others and keep everyone updated.
• Comfortable using standard software tools (like Excel, Word, etc.).
• Willing and able to work a lot of overtime hours (this is a critical project, and they’ll need your full support!).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 45 – 60 per week
