We are seeking part-time talent for contract-based work with the potential to move into a permanent position.

• Assist with event planning for recurring and special events. 
• Coordinate guest outreach and confirmations.
• Produce promo asset content (video/photo shoot coordination, copywriting).
• Manage online ticketing platforms (FreshTix) and event details.
• Create and post event marketing content across social media platforms.
• Assist with producing themed industry and educational activations (create event topics/themes, etc.).
