As a vital member of our clinic, you will play a dual role in both front desk administration and direct patient care—helping us deliver a best-in-class experience that sets us apart in structural chiropractic and spinal rehabilitation.

We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and genuinely enjoys connecting with people. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, detail-oriented, has an excellent phone voice and professional etiquette, and brings warmth and personality to every patient interaction.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience working in a healthcare or chiropractic setting
• Strong communication and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in basic office software and scheduling systems
• Bilingual (Spanish) – a plus
• Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation – a plus
• Certified X-Ray Technician – a plus
• Familiarity with EMR systems – a plus
• Dependability, punctuality, and a positive, can-do attitude are a must!
