We are seeking a passionate and dedicated piano Instructor to join our team for 2025-2026 school year and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and performance. This role involves creating engaging lesson plans and delivering high-quality instruction to students of various ages and levels.

Salary range $40-$50 per hour

Duties

• Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans tailored to the needs of students.
• Facilitate engaging lesson activities that promote hands-on learning and participation.
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff regarding educational goals and student achievements

Qualifications:

• Background in classical piano playing and understanding baisc music theory. Bachelor's degree is required (current students are considered), Jazz and improvisation background is a plus.
• Reliability, responsibility, self- motivation, creativity, and patience.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.
• A passion for teaching, professional demeanor and outgoing personality; love to work with children and students of all ages and levels.
• An access to a reliable car to get to our school (the public transportation to Lexington is not consistent, especially on weekends).
