The Eventl Operations Crew Member plays a key role in preparing, maintaining, and breaking down event spaces during festivals. This includes setting up tents, tables, signage, and other infrastructure, ensuring everything is clean, safe, and functional throughout the event. This team supports vendors, performers, and guests by keeping the festival environment organized and professional.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and tear down festival infrastructure including tents, tables, chairs, signage, fencing, stages, trash/recycling stations, and decor.

Assist with layout implementation based on site maps and event plans.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of the grounds before, during, and after the event.

Support vendors, performers, and staff by helping with unloading/loading, electrical hookup needs, or other setup assistance.

Refill and restock supplies as needed (trash bags, signage, water stations, etc.).

Respond to any on-site issues promptly and report problems to the Festival Manager.

Help direct traffic or assist with parking coordination when needed.

Follow all safety protocols and assist in emergency situations if necessary.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in event setup, logistics, or general labor preferred but not required.

Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long shifts as needed.

Flexibility to work weekends, and some evenings, as needed.

Comfortable working as part of a fast-moving team with multiple priorities.

Good communication and a positive, problem-solving attitude.

Compensation:

Hourly Rate: $15–$22/hour, based on experience and role responsibilities
