Description

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Laborer to join our dynamic construction team.  Fence Installation experience is a plus but not required.  This role is essential for the success of our outdoor projects, as you will be playing a key part in both yard maintenance and the installation of various fencing solutions. As a Yard Laborer you will be responsible for organizing materials and working closely with the installation crew to ensure high-quality results. You will have the chance to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions, relying on your physical abilities and construction skills to complete tasks efficiently and safely. A successful candidate will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, including fencing panels, posts, and tools.
• Work with seasoned installer to learn the trade.  
• Possibility to install various types of fencing, including wood, vinyl, and chain-link.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times to create a safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and assist in completing other construction tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in construction or outdoor labor preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor throughout the day.
• Basic knowledge of fence installation techniques and tools is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Reliable transportation to job sites is necessary.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions and environments.

$15 - $20 per hour based on experience
