Duties

• Identify and target potential clients through directly engaging with clients face to face.

• Engage in direct sales conversations with clients, presenting solutions that meet their needs.
• Utilize software tools to manage customer accounts and track sales.
• Perform inside sales tasks, including follow-ups and maintaining relationships with existing clients.
• Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in direct sales or territory sales environments.
• Strong understanding of account management principles and technical sales processes.
• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
• Proficiency in using software tools for tracking sales activities and managing accounts.
• Ability to analyze data effectively to inform decision-making processes.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building relationships.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
