About Us: Imagine the View Preparatory Academy is a K-12 inclusive learning community dedicated to providing personalized education for students in McDonough, Georgia. Our mission is to bridge the gap between students’ current knowledge and their ultimate dreams, empowering them to succeed in academics, careers, and life.

We are currently hiring for the following roles:

Lead Teacher (Full-Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, student-centered lesson plans aligned with 21st-century learning standards and the Academy’s mission.
  • Develop meaningful assessments to track student growth and inform instruction.
  • Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment.
  • Partner with families to support student progress and development.
  • Integrate innovative resources, technology, and teaching strategies.
  • Participate in professional development to enhance instructional practices.
  • Actively engage in school activities, including parent meetings and community events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Have at least 18 semester hours credit in early childhood education or be willing to take additional training course offered through the school.
  • State teaching certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
