Schedule: Part-time; Every Saturday (potentially Thursday and Sunday markets plus occasional fill-ins) 6-8 hours per market 

Hourly Wage: $18/hour (based on experience) + tips + salsa perks + commission

Location: Markets throughout Sonoma County (start from Windsor, CA)

Job Description:
We’re looking for someone friendly, dependable, and enthusiastic about local food. You’ll be the face of Tienda Salsita at farmers markets—connecting with customers, sharing our story, and slinging salsa with confidence and pride.

Responsibilities include:

Load and unload products and supplies (starting at our Windsor kitchen)

Set up and break down booth (tent, tables, signage, etc.)

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge

Process sales using Square POS

Keep the booth clean, organized, and inviting

Ideal Candidate:

Punctual, upbeat, and comfortable engaging with people

Can lift ~40 lbs and stand for extended periods

Has reliable transportation. 

Retail or food-handling experience is a plus, but not required
