D2CustomGears is a dynamic and growing company specializing in industrial products and installation services. We are looking for an organized and motivated Sales Coordinator to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is perfect for someone with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, who can help us bring our marketing to the next level.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process incoming sales orders and input them into QuickBooks
  • Generate and send invoices to customers
  • Track and monitor order statuses, ensuring timely delivery
  • Send email blasts to customers regarding promotions, updates, and other relevant communications
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of sales data and customer interactions
  • Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Experience with graphics creation, email blasts and CRM is appreciated!  Must also be willing and able to speak to customers on the phone.

 

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in sales coordination, order processing, or a related role preferred
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy
