Our part-time team is made up of approximately 20 individuals who help walk our customers through some of the biggest milestones of their lives – from registering their first car, moving from a different state, buying a house, getting a driver’s license, and more!

Our part-time Customer Care Team engages and interacts directly with customers who are checking in for appointments or visiting the office. They hand out printed driver’s licenses to customers and provide prompt, courteous services for any other needs they may have during their visit. Their goal is to ensure all interactions are conducted in a warm, friendly manner in order to maintain high customer service
reviews.

Additional part-time Customer Care Team benefits and pay, include:

• Participation in the Florida State Retirement System
• Flexible Scheduling
• Day shifts, Monday-Friday
• Starting Rate of $17.50/hour
• Annual merit based raises

Expected hours: No more than 24 per week; 8 hour shifts; no nights
