Duties

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess individual needs and develop tailored support plans.
• Provide individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on therapeutic techniques that promote personal growth and development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement applied behavior analysis strategies effectively.
• Manage crises with professionalism, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
• Facilitate telehealth sessions as needed, adapting therapeutic approaches for virtual environments.
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in clinical counseling and therapy.

Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

• Experience working with individuals
• Strong background in crisis management techniques.
• Proficiency in therapy modalities relevant to pediatrics and clinical counseling.
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles.
• Experience providing telehealth services is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.
• A passion for helping others achieve their potential through supportive groups .
