Required Skills & Expertise:
• Proven experience with two-stage and tri-stage paint applications
• Expert color matching and correction capabilities
• Proficient in refinish product knowledge and application
• Skilled in automotive refinish mixing systems and software
• Experienced with estimating software and writing estimates
• Ability to perform seamless blend panels
• Expertise in proper masking techniques
• Proficient in applying stripes and graphics
• Capable of identifying and addressing surface imperfections
• Basic computer skills for paint systems
• Paint manufacturer training and certification

Technical Requirements:
• Ability to spray smooth metallic finishes without mottling
• Expertise in clearcoat application with consistent results
• Proper mixing and catalyzing of all paint materials
• Capability to perform quality control inspections
• Knowledge of single-stage paint application
