Compliance Environmental, Inc. is seeking a full time Environmental Technician to perform field and office duties for projects on Delmarva.  The candidate will perform asbestos, indoor air quality, mold and lead-based paint sampling, project oversight and monitoring, clean-up oversight and sampling, and provide office support.  Candidates must have a minimum of three years field experience in construction or the environmental industry, good organizational and communications skills, mechanical skills and a strong computer background.  Working knowledge and understanding of environmental and safety regulations is desired but not required.  We desire but not require candidates with an OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification, a college degree or college credits, and Delaware certifications including Asbestos Building Inspector and Asbestos Project Monitor.  Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and a dependable vehicle.  Possible weekend and evening hours may be necessary to complete assignments and will be scheduled in advance.  Compliance Environmental, Inc. offers several benefits including a competitive salary, profit-sharing plan, health insurance, paid vacation and paid sick time and on the job training.
