Effectively support the engineering and manufacturing functions in all phases of new and existing products. This includes new product design, component design, material and vendor selection, project management, implementation & documentation, testing, validation, and related technical support. 

Rogan Corporation is both a proprietary and custom injection molder in the plastic industry. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Create CAD drawings and 3D model files as required.
2. Support the management by assisting in team project. Insuring inside and outside resources have the information they need and that all tasks are completed on time and at budget. 
3. Assist in specification or design in fixtures, tooling, materials, components and manufacturing processes.
4. Develop manufacturing documentation such as item descriptions, bills of material, process steps, work instructions, Process Information Books and validation/qualification documentation.
5. Provide technical support as needed
6. Assist in researching new developments in methods, materials and technology and promote their adoption as appropriate. 
7. Support and participate in continuous improvement activities
8. Participate in the development and qualification of injection molds.
