About us
Established in 2021, envisioned and created by professionals in business, philanthropy and education with the belief that formal education should start at the age of 3, Trust Early Learners is a non-profit school with the goal to model high-quality early education and workforce development. TEL is a diverse community of families and educators from Greater Boston that focuses on those children who would otherwise not have access to early education. We support professionalism and invest in our educators with the ultimate goal of delivering excellence in education to our youngest learners. Educators are the foundation of a high-quality, sustainable, early education system in America. TEL focuses on developing highly valued teachers with the resources and ongoing professional development to enhance their delivery and practice. TEL utilizes a research-based, best practices, educator-led and student-centered curriculum, founded on play, called IntendED. IntendED integrates important foundations in content, critical thinking, organizational skills and social competency. TEL’s environment is intentionally designed to inspire and establish foundational learning for children ages 3 to 5 and to support Educators in their impact on children.
