We are looking for someone with a little bit of experience and detailing possibly a painter or someone that knows their way around hand tools. 

We are a exterior wood, refinishing and maintenance company located here in South Florida. 

We are looking to train the right person and help them to become a 1099 and pay them a percentage of the job moving forward. 

There is flexibility in this. We are just looking for people that have their own vehicle and that are reliable.
