We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Digital Print Specialist to join our team at Skyline Sports. In this role, you will operate and maintain state-of-the-art digital printing equipment, ensuring high-quality output while meeting production deadlines. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital print production, excellent attention to detail, and a strong understanding of print technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot digital printing presses and finishing equipment.
• Review print files for quality and accuracy before production.
• Monitor the printing process to ensure consistency and quality of output.
• Perform routine maintenance on printing equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with the sales and production teams to meet project deadlines and client specifications.
• Calibrates and manages all color devices as required to maintain color consistency.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Manage inventory of materials, including paper, ink, and other supplies.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of printed materials.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the printing process.
• Will also be trained to assist our production department in heat pressing, prepping, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (or relevant experience).
• Previous experience as a Digital Print Operator or in a similar role is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in operating digital printing equipment and software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CadWorks, Versaworks 6 RIP)
• Knowledge of print production processes, color management, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Morning shift
• Weekends as needed
