Job Qualifications:

• 2 years’ experience designing and selling residential landscape and hardscape projects in the Baltimore, Washington DC area 
• CAD or Dynascape software experience is a plus
• Experience in estimating is a plus
• Creative and energetic with a positive attitude
• Must be a self-starter with a drive to succeed
• Enjoy working directly with our customers to understand their landscape needs
• Excellent organization and communication skills 
• Clean driving record

Job Description: 

• Conduct onsite client consultations
• Conduct site analysis and measurements as needed
• Develop landscape and hardscape design
• Develop project estimates and proposal 
• Present design and proposal to customers for approval 
• Provide work order to production department 
• Perform after sale follow ups
