**Job Description:**  
We are seeking a friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable Budtender / Sales Associate to join our team. This is a perfect opportunity for students or individuals looking for a laid-back job with flexible hours that allow time for studying or other responsibilities. As a Budtender, you will be the face of Royale Cannabis Company, assisting customers, maintaining a clean and inviting space, and sharing your expertise on our wide variety of strains and products. $9-$10 an hour with opportunity to go higher as experienced is acquired.

**Key Responsibilities:**  
- **Customer Interaction:** Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide personalized recommendations based on their needs and preferences.  
- **Product Knowledge:** Educate customers on THCA strains, effects, usage methods, and benefits, ensuring they leave with the right product for their needs.  
- **Cleaning & Organization:** Maintain a clean, tidy, and professional dispensary environment, including restocking products, cleaning surfaces, and organizing displays.  
- **Compliance:** Verify customer age and adhere to all state and local regulations regarding the sale of THCA products.  
- **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with team members to ensure a smooth and enjoyable customer experience.  

**Qualifications:**  
- Must be 21 years of age or older (required by law).  
- Strong communication and customer service skills.  
- A passion for cannabis and eagerness to learn about strains, products, and industry trends.  
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a relaxed, low-stress environment.  
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
