HIRING ACTIVE CAREGIVER-Isle of Palms ** Male caregivers are encouraged to apply!

We are hiring an ACTIVE and ENGAGING caregiver as a COMPANION caregiver for a man with some mild dementia/ Alzheimer's.

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as In-Home Caregivers. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them maintain their independence and improve their quality of life.

```Responsibilities```

-Do fun activities like tennis/pickle ball/walks on beach

- Provide direct support and care to individuals in their homes

- Administer medications according to prescribed schedules

- Assist with meal planning and preparation

- Perform light housekeeping tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment

- Provide companionship and emotional support

- Monitor and report any changes in the individual's condition or behavior

- Implement behavior management strategies as needed

```Experience```

- Previous experience in care giving for ALZHEIMER'S/DEMENTIA a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6 – 20 per week
