We are looking for a Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service, calling and responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints and providing information about products and services. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task and work well under pressure. We are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented and has the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Call and Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
  • Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer service issues.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes.

Position Description

Inside Sales and Customer Service Sales support duties. Calling on doctors and clinics in Houston and vicinity offering medical products and services. Responsible for interacting with customers, company sales and/or service representatives to handle a variety of sales or post-sales service functions. Visit and maintain customers with company vehicle, take and enter orders in company software system. Determines the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, delivery schedules, etc. May schedule field service repair calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes, product pricing and resolves return credit problems.

Additional Knowledge & Skills

Reading, writing, arithmetic, good communication skills, PC and word-processing skills, and some knowledge of the company products

Shift:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • No nights

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 3 years (Required)

Language:

  • Spanish (Preferred)

License/Certification:

  • clean driver's license (Required)
