EPS Corporation is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead a technical team providing enterprise support for the Shaw AFB the ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, leadership, and compliance with government regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive, proactive, and integrated program management to ensure compliance with government requirements.
• Oversee contract execution, ensuring quality assurance and leadership across all tasks.
• Manage contractor personnel, including subcontractors and teaming partners, to meet mission objectives.
• Attend Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and coordinate with government stakeholders, including the Contracting Officer (CO) and government Program Manager (PM).
• Participate in meetings, briefings, and reporting requirements as requested by the government.
• Develop and provide monthly status reports on contract performance and deliverables.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $88,000.00 per year
