We are currently recruiting a full-time (up to 35 hours per week) Physical Therapist to join Huppert Pediatric Therapy’s Home-Based Early Intervention Program. The Physical Therapy position is with our Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) team in West Central Maricopa County (Region 3). This includes zip codes 85305, 85307, 85309, 85322, 85340, 85343, 85354, 85395, 85396.

Services are provided in the natural environment to infants and toddlers with developmental delays within the family’s daily routines. The Early Intervention model means working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide screening, assessments, planning, and ongoing therapy services in collaboration with the family, medical providers, and other community programs. This is an independent contract position.

Huppert Pediatric Therapy is a leader in Arizona’s Early Intervention arena, holding the AzEIP Early Intervention TBEI Contract through Arizona Cooperative Therapies since its inception in 2013. Qualifications:

Licensed Physical Therapist

Previous Early Intervention experience is preferred, but not required

Current State License

Fingerprint clearance card and successful background check

Current CPR Certification

*Bilingual English/Spanish skills is a plus, but not required
