Overview
Location: Nashville, Brentwood, & Franklin (fluctuating week to week)
Compensation: High-earning commission structure: 25% commission per sale (average sale = $275, sales can be as high as $500 per sale). Top reps earn $1,500+ per week.
Schedule: Flexible – Work a minimum of 3 days per week, up to 6 days if desired
Hours: Work begins at 10:30 AM, with door-to-door sales extending until the afternoon when homeowners are available. Hours can be flexible if needed—more hours = more sales.

About the Role

Panoramic Window Cleaning is expanding its sales team and looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to help homeowners transform their homes with our premium window cleaning services. This is a high-earning opportunity with uncapped commission, bonuses, and fast-track promotions for top performers.

You will be assigned a sales territory near your location to minimize unnecessary commuting while ensuring strong support and team collaboration. We operate in multiple areas around Nashville, including high-growth suburban territories like Franklin and Brentwood.

No sales experience? No problem! You will get comprehensive sales training, covering everything from prospecting to closing deals. If you’re coachable, driven, and ready to hustle, you’ll have the tools to succeed. Top sales reps will be eligible for future promotion to Manager roles, which include base pay, higher commissions, and leadership responsibilities.

What You Need

  • Physical endurance – Must be comfortable walking in neighborhoods for extended periods
  • Self-motivation – This is a performance-based role, meaning effort equals earnings
  • Reliable transportation – Must have your own vehicle to drive to job sites or meet your team at a central location
