Job Duties and Responsibilities
• Execute Behavior Plans: Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to address specific behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.
• Skill Acquisition and Intervention: Teach new skills, reduce problem behaviors and implement interventions for generalization and behavior reinforcement.
•Behavior Management: Ignore, block, or redirect problem behaviors as specified in the client's behavior plan. We do not restrain any clients.
• Maintain Detailed Records: Keep accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans. Collect and analyze data on the duration and frequency of behaviors to track progress.
• Session Notes: Generate objective session notes for service verification, including skills targeted, client responses, and data collected during sessions
• Protocols: Adhere to established eating protocols to manage mealtime behaviors and ensure the client's nutritional needs are met. Follow specific toileting protocols to aid in toilet training and hygiene management.
• Family Support: Work with families to gather feedback, enhance treatment effectiveness, and develop healthy daily protocols. Educate families on skills and techniques used in therapy to support consistent implementation at home.
