Job Description:

New Jerusalem Worship Center is seeking a proactive and highly organized Remote Chat Agent / Virtual Assistant to provide exceptional online support and administrative assistance. This role involves managing live chat interactions, responding to inquiries, assisting with technical support, and performing virtual administrative tasks to ensure smooth communication and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate has strong written communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Live Chat Support: Engage with customers and community members via live chat, providing timely, professional, and helpful responses.
Customer Assistance: Address inquiries related to services, events, policies, and general information while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Technical Troubleshooting: Assist users with basic technical issues, website navigation, and account-related concerns, escalating more complex problems as needed.
Administrative Support: Handle virtual office tasks, such as managing emails, scheduling appointments, data entry, and document preparation.
Multi-Tasking & Organization: Efficiently manage multiple chat conversations, administrative duties, and project-based tasks while maintaining accuracy.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain organized records of customer interactions, feedback, and important communications within the company’s systems.
Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with various teams, including customer support, operations, and management, to ensure smooth workflow.
Process Improvement: Identify common customer concerns and contribute to FAQs, templates, and knowledge base articles for more efficient responses.
Professional Communication: Ensure all interactions align with the company’s standards, guidelines, and values to maintain a positive brand image.
Continuous Learning: Stay updated on company offerings, policies, and digital tools to provide accurate and high-quality support.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration, communications, or a related field is a plus.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or virtual assistance is preferred.
Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to grammar and tone.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, live chat platforms, Microsoft Office, and administrative tools.
