We are seeking a skilled Installer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various mailbox posts and mailboxes, ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and customer expectations. This role requires attention to detail, and willingness to work outside year-round.

You will start your day in our shop, load up the company truck with company provided tools and all provided materials (cedar posts, mailboxes, paint cans etc), and drive to various designated addresses around central Indiana to perform tasks per assigned work order. You will need to be able to dig 2-3 feet deep holes several times per day, using provided posthole diggers, spud bar, shovel etc.

Duties

• Perform installations of products according to specifications and guidelines.
• Conduct site assessments prior to installation to ensure proper execution.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on time.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment during and after installations.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Wilingness to learn
• Background in manual labor desired, but not necessary
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs daily
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and processes as required by the job.
