Position Overview:
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and service to clients? Do you excel at creating unique and memorable experiences for individuals seeking ultrasound services? If so, we want you to join our dynamic team!

We are looking for a smiling, energetic, and positive Ultrasound Technician with excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will be professional, reliable, self-motivated, and capable of working independently while contributing to an outstanding team atmosphere.

Responsibilities (include, but are not limited to):

• Greet and escort customers to the ultrasound room, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.
• Perform high-quality, non-medical pregnancy ultrasounds, including early pregnancy, gender determination, and 2D/3D/4D/HD ultrasound imaging for expectant mothers (10–40 weeks).
• Operate ultrasound equipment to capture and share images, videos, heartbeat recordings, and other keepsakes with clients (training provided).
• Communicate efficiently and professionally with clients to deliver an exceptional experience.
• Process payment transactions and manage appointment reminders (via call, text, and email).
• Answer phone calls and respond to emails with professionalism and promptness.
• Maintain a clean, organized office environment, including light cleaning tasks.
• Manage inventory and supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Contribute to capturing and creating content for social media accounts.
• Maintain confidentiality of all customer and business information.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service background, preferably with experience in retail or the service industry.
• Minimum of 1 year of ultrasound experience required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a new and evolving environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Education and Experience:

• 1 year of relevant experience required.
