Pool Service Technician - We will train!

4M Pools is seeking pool technicians to join our team! We are looking
for an enthusiastic and responsible person who is capable of helping
with service and repair functions of swimming pools.


Experience is not necessary, we will provide training and help to
develop your skills to confidently and adequately perform the duties
of the job. Once trained, the right candidate will be responsible for
performing regular maintenance on pools such as testing and balancing
chemicals, assisting with opening and closing pools each season, and
performing basic repairs as needed. Our technicians are a vital part
of our team because it enables us to maintain the smooth operation of
our company.


The successful candidate will demonstrate that they are a
self-motivated person with the ability to work independently and
dependability to complete daily tasks. A basic mechanical aptitude is
certainly a plus. If you enjoy working outdoors in a hands-on, active
role, then this is the job position for you!


Responsibilities Include:

Inspect, repair, and maintain pools

Perform weekly service to pools

Maintain clear, accurate records of service

Provide customers with proper instructions in swimming pool operation and safety


Qualifications and Skills

Must have a valid Drivers License

Efficient Worker

Problem Solving

Professional Demeanor

Strong work ethic – willingness and ability to work long hours during
busier periods.

Reliable.

Ability to lift 50lbs regularly
