Guests can look forward to fan-favorite tacos like Steak, Beer-Battered Cod, and Pork & Pineapple, alongside specialty dishes such as Smoked Brisket Nachos and Crispy Brussels Sprouts- all served with our signature house-made tortillas. By day, it's a laid -back spot to enjoy great food and drinks, while at night, it transforms to a fiesta vibe with an authentic drink menu featuring house-made margaritas.

Job Summary

Prep Cook position for a reliable individual looking to expand their culinary skills and grow with us. 

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice 
  • Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices 
  • Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods 
  • Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices 
  • Assists in plating food items for service 
  • Cleans assigned work station areas 
  • Ensure food is stored and cooked at the correct temperature by regulating the temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters 
  • Carefully follows instructions and procedures set  and communicated by Chef

Qualifications & Skills

  • Reliable
  • Must have a Food Handlers Certificate
  • Must be able to work in an organized, clean, efficient environment and thrive in busy situations
  • Able to communicate effectively with other team members 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants 
  • Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques 
  • Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated 
  • Flexible scheduling
