We are looking for passionate and energetic individuals to join our team as Front Desk & Wellness Associates.

Job Overview:

As a Front Desk & Wellness Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and seamless experience. Your role will involve greeting clients, managing appointments, signing up new members, maintaining cleanliness, and being knowledgeable about our services and products. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in health, wellness, and recovery who enjoy interacting with people in a fast-paced, positive environment.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.

Check in clients for scheduled sessions and process payments.

Provide detailed information on services, memberships, and retail products.

Maintain a clean and organized studio, including front desk, lounge, therapy areas, and locker rooms.

Restock supplies and ensure equipment is in optimal condition.

Assist with member sign-ups and answer questions about pricing and benefits.

Promote upcoming events, promotions, and membership specials.

Support the team with opening and closing duties as needed.

Represent Plunge Boston’s brand and mission with enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

A team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Basic knowledge of wellness therapies is a plus, but training will be provided.

Previous experience in hospitality, retail, fitness, or wellness industries is a plus.

Must be able to work flexible shifts, including morning and/or evenings and occasional events.
