Position Highlights

● Part-Time Starts at $16.00/hour with a 90-Review
● Requires availability at least 3 days a week, Monday–Friday, 7am-1pm or 12:30pm-6pm.

Responsibilities Transport and Trail Duties:
● Pick up and drop off dogs from client homes, ensuring professional, safe handling.
● Conduct structured pack walks alongside a senior handler, maintaining control of
multiple dogs in various outdoor settings.
● Use safety equipment, including leashes, harnesses, and carabiners, to ensure a secure
and enjoyable experience.
● Monitor and manage dog behavior during hikes, keeping the pack calm and focused
while navigating trails.
● Communicate effectively with team members and clients, ensuring smooth operations
and excellent service.
Vehicle and Equipment Preparation:
● Maintain cleanliness and readiness of vehicles and equipment, restocking gear and reporting any issues to management.
Professional Conduct:
● Uphold a high level of professionalism with all clients, including respecting privacy and adhering to non-solicitation policies.
● Handle client concerns or complaints promptly and escalate issues as needed.
Requirements
● Experience and Skills:
○ Prior experience working with dogs, especially in group settings.
○ Strong physical fitness to manage dogs of various sizes and energy levels.
○ Genuine compassion, patience, and a natural passion for canine care.
● Availability:
○ Open schedule Monday–Friday from 7:00am - 6:00pm.
● Technical and Transportation Needs:
○ Reliable vehicle, to meet at company location or various park locations.
○ Smartphone for communication, route management, and photo/video capture
and sharing.
● Physical Capability:
○ Ability to walk, run, bend, lift up to 80 pounds, and handle all sizes of dogs.
