We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Crew Member and Crew Leader to join our landscape maintenance team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in ensuring the upkeep and beauty of our clients' outdoor spaces. Duties:

- Perform routine groundskeeping tasks, including lawn care, mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Maintain the health and appearance of plants, trees, and other vegetation through regular watering, pruning, and fertilization.
- Build and repair structures such as fences, walls, and retaining walls.
- Participate in tree care activities, including pruning, trimming, and removal.
- Collaborate with other crew members to complete landscape maintenance tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
- Communicate with clients and other team members to ensure that projects are completed to their satisfaction.
- Demonstrate leadership skills and mentor junior crew members as needed.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior experience in groundskeeping, landscape maintenance, or a related field.

- Must be able to drive a truck and trailer.

- Must be able to back-up a trailer when needed
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Basic knowledge of gardening and groundskeeping practices.
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Supervisory experience is a plus.

Skills:

- Experience in supervising a team.
- Proven knowledge of landscape maintenance and lawn care.
- Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor junior team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
