We are seeking a Family Law Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs.
 

Responsibilities:

• Open and Close Files for the Attorney
• Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents (including Discovery)
• Help file legal documents in our Texas E-Filing System
• Help draft legal documents utilizing TxDocs
• Handle Time Keeping and Client Billing
• Record and store client information
• Scan paper files into the Firm's electronic files

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Family Law Paralegal
• TxDocs
• Texas E-Filing System
• Very familiar with drafting Discovery
• Very familiar with Family Law
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus, but not mandatory
