Our ideal team member will tour spaces with clients (locally, and GPG pays mileage ) , prepare and enter leases and renewals , maintain excel rent rolls, respond to all leads quickly and market all vacancies on LoopNet, our website, Crexi, social media and various platforms. Yardi / Excel experience is preferred. Candidates must have a reliable vehicle for showings and ideally live within 30 minutes from the central office in Tamarac. All candidates must have excellent oral and written communication skills and be able to multi task and work on a deadline.
