Hiring Interior Designer – AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 3D Renderings & Material Selection

We are a construction company and we are looking for a skilled Interior Designer to join our team! If you have experience in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, 3D renderings, and interior design, along with a strong understanding of building codes and finish materials selection, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
• Create and modify floor plans, elevations, and construction drawings using AutoCAD and Chief Architect.
• Develop realistic 3D renderings to present design concepts.
• Work closely with clients to select and coordinate finishes, materials, and fixtures for various projects.
• Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and vendors to bring projects to life.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and materials in interior design.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in interior design, with a portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Chief Architect, and 3D rendering software.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and material selection.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for creative and functional design.
