Who We Are

We believe that every student should have access to an excellent Christ-centered education no matter what their family’s income or background. Partnering with generous donors and hard-working parents we have built a model that has been delivering results for k-12 students for over 26 years empowering them to thrive spiritually, economically, and in their community.

In 1998, two women with no formal background in education were moved by their faith in Christ to start a school where every student could receive an excellent education, regardless of their family’s income. Today, Logos Academy, an independent school accredited by the Middle States Association, serves over 200 students in grades K-12. Two-thirds of these students live at or near the federal poverty line. Without the aid of government funding, generous donors give scholarships to make it possible for students who normally would not be able to afford tuition at Logos Academy to attend at just a fraction of the price. Everybody pays something to attend.

The results speak for themselves. Students from across the economic and cultural spectrum succeed at Logos Academy and go on to a meaningful future professionally, academically, and spiritually.
