Part-Time Cleaner Needed – Wolfeboro, NH
$20/hour – Immediate Start

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented cleaner for at least two rental properties in Wolfeboro, NH. This is a flexible, part-time position on an as-needed basis, typically between guest stays. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and welcoming. This position requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and a commitment to providing excellent service.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough cleaning of at least two rental properties, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas
• Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Washing and changing linens (sheets, towels, etc.)
• Restocking supplies and ensuring properties are ready for guests
• General tidying and organizing of the space
• Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Reporting any maintenance or cleaning issues to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Must be trustworthy, dependable, and able to work independently
• Flexible availability to clean on an as-needed basis, often after guest check-outs
• Own transportation is required
• Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or procedures.

Compensation:
$20/hour, paid weekly
